Payment error was found:
If the payment is unsuccessful while placing the order or the payment page is frozen or stuck too long than usual, please try the below option to proceed again with the payment. Please login to your account and check the Order history to confirm if the order has gone through. If you still have issues in placing the order, please contact the takeaway directly to confirm if they have received your order.
If you receive 3D authentication required error, please contact your bank because the authentication should be given from your bank to proceed with the payment.
Confirm with the takeaway:
If Takeaway confirms that they haven't received your order and you have found a payment is debited from your account, the payment will be reflecting as "pending" in your account and it will be automatically credited back to the same account within 3-5 business days.
