Placing an online order is the easiest way of ordering. All you need to do is to log in to that particular website or app, select the item you like to order, update or confirm your delivery address with postcode and proceed with the payment option to complete the order. However, there might be some issues while placing your order.
Takeaway/Restaurant or Website is closed
It will not allow you to place an order when the website is closed. Sometimes, the takeaway will be open but they might have closed the website from receiving orders, so we request you to call them directly and check if they are accepting phone orders.
If there are no delivery drivers available or if there are any issues in delivering the order, the takeaway will disable the delivery option and keep the website open for collection orders. In those cases, you can't order for delivery but you can place the collection order and get the order collected.
If you are trying to place an order during the Closing timing of The Takeaway, the pre-order option should be enabled. If it's not enabled you can't place the order during the Takeaways non-opening hours.
