You might have placed the order on the right takeaway but you might have ended up placing an order in a different location. Due to multiple screens open on your system, there are possibilities where you can place an order in a wrong takeaway. Before placing the order, please double check your Name, address, phone number, and Takeaway details. If you find the order was placed in a Wrong Takeaway, please contact the Takeaway immediately and check if they can transfer your order to the respective franchise so you can get the order delivered or collected from your location.
If you have placed an order with a non-Franchise Takeaway, please contact the Takeaway and request them to cancel the order. Please make sure you contact the Takeaway as soon as possible to get the order cancelled before they process the order.
