If the order was not accepted, the takeaway might have stopped trading for the day. Sometimes, the takeaway will be open but they might close down due to due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you have placed an order and paid by card, please try contacting the takeaway as they process the refunds and will help you out. If you were able to contact the Takeaway, you can check with them if they can deliver your order in the future days instead of a refund.
NOTE: If you have received an SMS stating that the takeaway is closed and they are unable to deliver your order, the refund will be issued automatically in your bank account in 3-5 business days if you have paid for the order.
All the online orders will go through the payment merchant and there is a certain process to refund the payment.
